Welcome to Frankenfield - Beam Genealogy

Two new surnames discovered, Lautenschläger and Rambach - Received the family bible of Isaac Brown after missing for almost 40 years. It contained his marriage to Dorothea Paulus and also the birth records for Isaac listing his parents(Johannes Braun and Magaretha Lautenschläger) and Dorothea Paulus listing her parents (Michael Paulus and Christina Rambach). Plus all of Issac and Dorothea's children's birthdates in order and a granddaughter.

Special Notice: As the President of the Frankenfield Reunion, I have received copies of the late Alfreda Patton Davison's book Frankenfield Family in America Beginning 24 Aug 1749. We have reduced the price of the book to $30.00 plus postage and handling and the order form can be found here.

Alfreda, the Frankenfield family genealogist, passed away on February 8, 2008. I will be doing the updates, which are available at the reunion, for her book. Any questions can be directed to me. If I can't answer, Alfreda's sister is willing to help me.

This site includes my research (Church Records, Will Abstracts, Orphan Court Records amd deeds) of the families listed on the left column. (Note: not all surnames contain my notes.) Clicking on a surname on the left will display my notes from my research and it will also display group sheets on select direct ancestors.

Cemetery Records can be found at the sister site: www. frankenfield-beam.net. Another site that's is across the river from Northampton County in Warren County, NJ is www.raub-and more.com. I highly recommend if your researching in both areas.

About Us section, contains some direct ancestor information and history of my research.

Cemeteries section contains cemeteries I transcribe from photo's I took. Not all photos are loaded onto website at present time. You can make requests for a photo. The request must contain the name of the cemetery and the file no.

More cemeteries to come in 2008. Photo projects for 2008, Durham Cemetery, Bucks County, Forks Church Cemetery, Forks Township)

In 2007, Adele Hartman and I photographed the Allen Union Cemetery in Allen Township. These photos are currently being transcribed by Adele. I photographed and transcribed the Arndt Cemetery in Forks Township.

Many thanks to Jay Willis for adding addtional notes to several of the cemeteries listed on the website and helping decipher the Lower Saucon tombstones.
