The petition of Solomon
Wagener on of the sons of John Nicholas Wagener late of the township
of Williams in said county, Taylor deceased was read representing.
The petitioners is a minor above the age of fourteen years, that his
former guardian Martin Able died some short time ago and that he at
present hath no guardian appointed to take care of his person and estate.
Praying the court to admit him to make a choice of guardian for the
purpose aforesaid. Whereupon the said minor appeared in open court
and made choice of William Schaeffer of Hellertown, Lower Saucon Township,
Storekeeper as and for his guardian who was approved of by the court
and appointed according. |
