Died at Philadelphia
Joseph Stocker, a former employee of the Glendon Iron Company,
died yesterday at the hospital in Philadelphia where he was been
under treatment for some weeks. For about a year Mr. Stocker
has been suffering from dropsy, and went to the hospital with
the hope of being relieved. He was a member of the Odd Fellows,
Red Men and American Mechanics and delegations from his lodges
have gone to Philadelphia to look after his remains. Until they
are heard from it will not be know what arrangements have been
made about the funeral.
