Mrs. Mann, Wife of Veterinarian
Mrs. Hazel R. Mann,72, Phillipsburg R. D. 1, died yesterday
afternoon in Warren Hospital where she was admitted Dec. 29,
she was the wife of of Dr. Melvin K. Mann, a retired veterinarian
for the State of New Jersey.
Born Juy 21, 1895, in Raubsville, she was a daughter of the
late Martin L. and Cordia Major Raub. She was a descendant
of the family that founded Raubsvile.
Mrs. Mann lived at Phillipsburg R. D. 1 and last 17 years.
She was a former practical nurse in the Easton-Phillipsburg
area.
She was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Curch, Raubsville,
and the LCW Missionary Society of the Church.
Suvivors include a son, Ronald L. Kiefer, Easton; a duaghter,
Mrs. J. R. Schaeffer, Morrisville, Pa.; a sister, Mrs. S. G.
Beck, Nazareth; three grandchldrena nd three great-grandchildren.
The funeral will be held at 3:30 p.m. Monday at the Rupell
Funeral Home, Phillipsburg. |
