Mrs. Mary Sox
Mrs. Mary Sox, 57, years old, widow of George Sox, died at
11:30 o'clock this morning at the home of her son-in-law, Harry
Hopper, 628 Centre street, South Side, from a complication
of ailments after an illness of a month. Mrs. Sox was a native
of Easton and a daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. George Garis.
In addition to her daughter, Mrs. Hopper, she is survived by
a son, Arthur Sox, of South Easton, and a step-son, Lafayette
Sox, of Easton. She was a member of St. Peter's Reformed church,
the Ladies' Aid Society of the same church, and the Ladies
of the G.A.R.
